El trigésimo tercer período de sesiones de la Comisión Económica para América Latina y el Caribe (CEPAL) tuvo lugar en la ciudad de Brasilia del 30 de mayo al 1 de junio de 2010. Los Estados miembros, mediante la resolución 643 (XXXII) aprobada en el trigésimo segundo período de sesiones de la CEPAL (Santo Domingo, 9 a 13 de junio de 2008), acordaron que el Brasil sería el país sede de esta reunión.
El período de sesiones es la reunión bienal más importante de la CEPAL. Ofrece un foro que permite analizar temas de importancia para el desarrollo de los países de la región y examinar la marcha de las actividades de la Comisión.
